“Very confusing info to start trip and download app. Thought we had to pick up a device. Took about an hour walking around and calling company to figure out you download to phone and and mall area was just starting point. The actual download was fine.”

“This simply didn’t work out for us. Sedona crowds required flexibility and necessitated route changes. We just couldn’t use it. Also, the tour app and having to pre-download tour narratives takes lots of phone space.”
